SHED is registered as non-partisan and non-governmental organization, working since 2007. Currently, SHED has its strong operational base in KPK, Sindh and FATA region with its head office in Peshawar. SHED provides qualitative and professionally supported welfare services to culturally diverse communities in rural / urban parts of Pakistan through community participation and engagement. By developing new sources of capital and innovative tools for community development, we aim to accurately organize and advocate activities and developmental projects/programs that advance and promote the quality of community life. SHED is committed to facilitate better quality of life in all its realms through community mobilization, participatory governance based on sustainable resource management and environmental, and reconstruction development initiatives. Thus community participation, education, protection and promotion of peaceful society and improved livelihood are central to our initiatives.
