Finance Manger

Finance Manager will report to Director Operations/Executive Director and will be responsible for, organizational financial management and accounting system, financial record/book keeping, preparation of financial statements, grant management and donor reporting, preparation of project budget, annual budgets, monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports to donors, handling organization related all tax matters. Preparation of variance analysis reports on monthly basis, analyzing and reporting variances. Checking of bills, invoices and claims and their payments/adjustment. Coordination for annual external audit & Internal Audit. Keeping records of the revolving accounts. Liaison Donor regarding grants, budgets, reports and policies.

Applicant needed to be ACCA, MBA Finance or equivalent with 7-10 years relevant experience as a finance manager in national and international organizations. The incumbent must have strong communication skills, and most importantly, excellent English speaking/writing skills. The applicant must have knowledge of/command over popular accounting software, especially quick book.
