We are Please to introduce our self as manufacture of WPPBags HDPE Liner having capacity 2 Lac bags/Liner per Day for the Packing 25 & 50 Kg, Sugar, Fertlizer,Weat,Rice etc. The first unit manufacturing all sorts of polypropylene products went into production in April 1983 under the banner of MIAN NAZIR SONS INDUSTRIES(PVT) LIMITED located at Hub-Chowki. The complete Plant for the manufacturing of Woven Polypropylene Bags, was imported from M/s Starlinger (Austria) and U.K for the packing fertilizer, sugar, wheat, Rice, Textile and Feed Industry. We are regular expanding modernizing & upgrading our plant with state of Art Machinery and Equipment. We had imported 26 latest automatic circular looms from very well known M/S Starlinger and Company, after the BMR program our production capacity is increased to 900 MT per month. To facilitate our customer with complete range of packing material we had also setup a separate liners section in 1998 at the same premises with 20 new HDPE / LLDPE Plants and its accessories. From the year of establishment and till now company has its name in production of polypropylene Woven Sacks & Liner and with the grace of God there is very good demand of our product in the market and presently we are supplying our product to private and corporate sector including fertilizer Industry, Sugar Industry, Textile Sector, wheat Industry, Rice Industry, Feed Industry, Chemical Industry and other Misc. Allied Industries. After expansion modernization & upgrading as mentioned above from own resources presently following machinery are installed and working at our plant the complete machinery list along with Expansion is attached herewith. To further enhance production a complete new extrusion line and Looms from Austria were imported in Dec 2004 with capital investment of Rs 100 million. Further-more, Mian Nazir Sons Industries (Pvt) Ltd has been awarded ISO Certification 9001:2008 from SGS/ UKAS Quality Management till JUNE 2013.
