Job Description
- Telemarketing and pre-order inquiries with clients.
- Create Marketing Plans and target Customers as per plan.
- Business development for improving sales new Orders
- Keep track of sales and marketing progress.
- Create Dispatch Quotations to Clients as required.
- Deliver the Samples to Customers and get customer's specimen for analysis.
- Coordination with existing clients for repeat orders.
- Coordinate with clients for early purchase orders and delivery schedule.
- Log complaints concerns of customers and report to management.
- Achieve Monthly Sales Targets.
- Visit Customer Sites for Sales and Recoveries.
- Bike is must.
- Sales commission will be additional in the package.
- Prior Experience in telemarketing/Field sales/customer dealing will be a plus.
Requirements & Skills
- Prepare Quotations / tender documents and participate in tender/ clarification against submitted tenders.
- Receive & process orders as per client requirements within company policies.
- Follow up of payments, shipment of orders, registration and running as well as of previous contract.
- Closely coordinate with all related departments to ensure quick processing and timely delivery of order.
- Take the lead in ensuring that all presales and post sales activities are timely conducted to expedite the sales process and reduce the operating cycle
