Job Title: Call Center Insurance Sales Executive (Motor / Health Insurance)

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Insurance or Telesales Experience Preferred)
Salary: Competitive Base + High Commission + Performance Bonus

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Call Center Agents to join our insurance telesales team. The ideal candidate will contact potential customers, explain insurance products (Motor / Health), and generate leads or close sales for UAE-based clients.

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in insurance, banking, or telecom.

Excellent English communication skills (Urdu proficiency is a plus).

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM use).

Morning Shift (Pakistan time) — aligns with UAE business hours.
