These worksheets are mailed to you (or digitally sent) before the commencement of the class session. Your child will practice on these worksheets during the online class (with the help of a teacher) and after the class to promote independent learning.

These worksheets are specifically focused on the student's weaknesses and knowledge gaps while making sure to cover all necessary topics. They come with regular assessment exams to gauge students' progress during the session.

Monthly update to parents

If a child's parent is actively involved in his learning - so are we. A monthly (or even earlier) progress-update is provided to the parents by our teacher assistants. This is unlike any other after-school academies where there is zero to none accountability.

Accountability

A student is expected to meet deadlines and show progress with the help of a tutor. If a student continues to struggle, a sincere attempt is made by the teacher to identify underlying causes. Is he struggling because of large knowledge gaps? Is he struggling because of a lack of support at home?

A three-way feedback mechanism is deployed where students are allowed to provide feedback on their teachers, teachers to students, and parents to teachers as well.
