Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Math Teacher to join our team and help shape the future of students from grades 3 to 12. This is a fully remote, flexible role where you can make a direct impact by providing personalized math instruction through virtual learning platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Teach mathematics to students in grades 3-12 in an engaging and interactive manner.
Customize lessons to meet individual student needs and bridge knowledge gaps.
Use Tadbir Academy's proprietary worksheets and online resources to enhance student learning.
Track student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
Foster a supportive and encouraging virtual learning environment that promotes mastery of mathematical concepts.
Get familiarize with our jujitsu teaching method and self paced learning model and adjust your teaching style accordingly
REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an online setting.
Proficiency in teaching mathematics topics ranging from elementary concepts (basic arithmetic, geometry) to advanced topics (algebra, trigonometry, calculus).
Strong understanding of the educational needs of students in grades 3-12.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to make math fun and engaging.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools such as Edpuzzle, Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:
Video Submission: Shortlisted candidates are required to submit a 6-minute personalized video using Edpuzzle to teach a basic math topic of their choice. This video will help us assess your teaching style, creativity, and how well you engage with students in a remote environment.

Requirements & Skills
Math tuition, online familiarity, problem solver, familiar with creating presentations, math grade 3-10 (but not all grades are required as we will be hiring multiple teachers). Must have experience with curriculum.
