The Recovery Officer is responsible to ensure that defaulting borrowers of Advans Pakistan actually repay their debt, either in the form of cash or through possession of assets given by such clients as collateral upon loan agreements. - Capability to negotiate effectively with clients, guarantors, valuators and auctioneers - Ability to have the Recovery unit respect the law and avoid Advans Pakistan being taken to court - Ability to abide by policies and procedures and have them respected by

- Able to move in field/markets/shops and fill survey questionnaire. - Able to read and write English survey forms and can explain questions to others.

- Search loan clients from assigned markets - Sell loans to the potential customers - Ensure timely monthly repayment of the loan - 70% of time will be spent on field / outdoors to seek prospect clients. Please note that full job training will be provided to selected candidates.
