Job Description
HR Officer will be responsible for assisting the HR team to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of administration services, office management, and HR tasks.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the department.
Participates in the development and implementation of work methods and procedures.
Follows up on and ensures appropriate implementation of decisions.
Assist in training arrangements.
Assist HR Department in the development and maintenance of Personnel Policies and Procedures and new programs and services related to Human Resources.
Handle the execution of HR tasks providing administrative support to the HR Manager.
Assist the HR Manager with recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes and send appropriate correspondence to all applicants in a timely manner.
Handle the execution of HR tasks providing administrative support to the HR Manager.
Assist in the development and implementation of sound personnel systems, Policies, and procedures.
Processing/payments of monthly payroll for staff and maintaining strict confidentially of all records relating to payroll.
Administration of Employee Information System, record keeping, and opening of new Personal file for new staff.
Participating in HR planning recruitment and preparing relevant procedures for interview and receipt of new staff
Helping newcomers in integration with company departments.
Any other duties if assigned from time to time by HR departments.
Coordinate & follow up on the office assets.

Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
