Job Description
- Make Overtime report on daily basis as per plan
- Assist safety at work, prevent from bad incident by timely point out problems
- Repair and Maintenance of Site (Sundar Factory), Ensure that all workshop safe and clean
- For vehicle management normal repair & Maintenance in time and as per requirement. As well as manage fuel usage to prevent loss
- Procurement of admin accessories. e.g. Refilling of fire extinguishers, Stationery, Medical, Water Supply and other required items
- Maintain Security of Sundar Factory according to safety requirement
- Assist in recruitment drive with HR for updating Job ads, short listing and calling to candidates
- Process advances and loans of employees
- Assist in Making of CCTV report
Requirements & Skills
Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Solid communication skills
BBA/MBA/MPA in Human Resources Management or relevant field
