- Full filing zonal office staffing requirement
- Maintain up to date leave and attendance record
- Coordinate with head office for employees insurance claims
- Maintain detailed record of personal files
- Coordinate with head office to carray out performance appraisals
- Organize staff trainings to improve employee moral, motivation level and team spirit
- Ensure comfortable and peacefull office environment at all time to ensure productivity
