Job Title: HR & Payroll Officer
• Good knowledge of HR and payroll operations.
• Maintain Daily/monthly attendance reports by using HRM Software.
• Entry of new employees in HRM Software as well as biometric attendance machine.
• Responsible for HRM database backup on daily basis.
• Responsible for salaries, deductions and corrections etc.
• Keep and maintain all records of employee hiring, leaves, transfers, appraisals, promotions, advances, loans and resignations.
• Receive employee complaints and act accordingly to resolve them.
• Maintain Employees documentation, Training forms etc in HRMS.
• Assist in end-to-end payroll operations.
