Job Description

Maintain and timely update Employee profile of all employees of Head Office in ERP.

Prepare monthly attendance report of Head Office for Monthly Salary preparation.

Maintain leave record of all head office employees.

Prepare monthly manpower report of all site of Ghani Glass and coordinate with plants for manpower related issues.

Check all manpower requisition forms against approved manpower strength and put them forward to HR Manager for approval.

Keep log of all manpower requisition forms received from plants.

Prepare profile of new employees in ERP and issue attendance cards.

Work on increment list as per the instruction of Manager HR and coordinate with plants for changes.

Write inter office memos related to transfer, change in employment status, policy issues etc. on the instruction of Manager HR.

Receive staff cases e.g. loan application, financial help requites, Provident Fund withdrawals and timely put forward to HR manager for action.

Prepare full and final settlements of employee leaving the company on timely basis.

Liaise with other departments to get information on certain issues.

Keep contacted on online recruitment web sites and float queries when required.

Answer queries of employees on HR related queries.

Requirements & Skills

Must have 1 - 3 Years of related experience

Candidate Must have strong communication Skills

Well versed with computer specially MS. Office

Candidate having experience from large Manufacturing/FMCG Concern will be given Preference.
