Job Description
- Ability to draft, maintain and implement company policy and procedures
- Execute complete recruitment process from job description preparation, posting ads to managing the selection process, induction and orientation
- Full execution of employee termination/resignation process including clearance and exit interviews
- Devising morale boosting activities to encourage, motivate and engage employees
- Performing Annual Performance Management and Evaluation process
- Direct disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policy
- Maintain attendance records and overall attendance/leaves related matters of employees
- Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Any other task assigned by the management.
