Job Description

- Responsible for the maintenance and record keeping & safekeeping of physical & soft records in line with bank policy & procedures and maintaining proper sequential filing of all approved loans.

- Responsible to assist in record destruction process.

- Assist in management & administration of archiving and any other task assigned by the Line Managers from time to time.

Requirements & Skills

Educational Qualification
Preferably a graduate from a recognized institution.

Skills
- Back office processing, record keeping and maintenance and back office operations management.
- PC-skills and working knowledge of office automation packages and inclined towards working in a technology-driven environment.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment. Flexible individual having good social attributes.

Duration and Nature of Previous Experience
Preferably, 1 year experience in back office processing of financial institutions. Exposure to financial services sector (microfinance banking) will be an added advantage
