Marketing / Business Analyst ( Bank )

Job Objectives The Business Analyst is responsible for the coordination of all marketing and social media and networking activities of the Bank and support in the development and success of the Marketing function. To take responsibility for specific marketing campaigns and projects within the department and to assist with the implementation of the departments, policy, strategies and campaigns.This position is responsible for general financial analysis for variety of Marketing functions including Product Management , Research and Competitive Intelligence. Responsible for evaluating and predicting Marketing spending and return. Responsible for planning and forecasting of Marketing activities and cost implications Key Roles and Responsibilities: 1. To assist with the implementation of the marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets as agreed. 2. To manage and maintain positive relationships with venue staff and media partners. 3. To support the overall marketing objectives of company both externally and internally. 4. To take responsibility for originating and planning campaigns in conjunction with the Marketing. 5. Provide regular information where necessary to assist with the compilation of reports for company. 6. Supply sufficient information to the marketing manager to enable effective budgetary control of specific areas of activity. 7. Provide accurate and creative copy writing and proof reading skills as directed by the marketing manager and working to pre-agreed deadlines. 8. Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies; 9. Evaluating marketing campaigns; 10. Monitoring competitor activity.

1-2 years of corporate experience. Knowledge of overall business strategy and operations including business processes, revenue and cost components and drivers of these measures. Strong attention to detail and strong analytical ability required. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt easily to change. MUST HAVE Excellent English writing/presentation skills. Advanced skills in Excel. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience required. MBA desired. Duration and Nature of Previous Experience Preferably female with 2-4 years of banking experience. Maximum age limit is 28 years.
