Job Description
Experience: 8 to 10 years preferably FMCG/Cosmetics
· Gender: Any
· Salary: up to 200k + car monetization 1300cc+ Fuel 150 Liters

Position:Karachi based
· Responsibilities:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies
o Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
o Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
o Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
o Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
o Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
o Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
o Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Requirements & Skills
o Proven work experience as a in Sales
o Experience managing a high performance sales team
o An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
o Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
o Strong communication and team management skills
o Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
