Security Supervisor

•remain alert and vigilant regarding all security related matters.

•ensure proper documentation of guards deployed in the mill or move during executive protection.

•make the guards aware of their duties and responsibilities.

•check the serviceability of weapons and ammunition issued to guards.

•Ensure posts do not remain unguarded and guards deployed as per guard deployment policy.

•endorse remarks about the overall standard of guards in the “Security Inspection Register”.

•Check that metal detector is being properly utilized by the security guards.

•promptly inform of all unusual / suspected activities to relevant supervisor.

•Ensure punctuality and attendance of all guards.
