Job Description
- Issuance of Sales Contract on email received from Sales Executive of respective region.
- Update status of payment, Issue Delivery Order & Delivery Note.
- Maintain and Reconcile customer Ledger in coordination with Sales Executive
- Maintain Invoice & Sales Tax invoice record issued by Finance
- Keep track on the payment status and update Sales Executive on receipt of short payment.
- Dispatch Invoices to DP’s & end-users & Keep record of all approvals.
- Coordinate with Finance for issuance of credit note against Dealer Commission, Special and discount approvals
- Strong Coordination with Inside and Outside (Sales Team) in order to minimize gaps & maintain smooth delivery.
- Maintain Daily Sales Activity Report region wise.
- Extend support to Sales Team in meeting management deadlines.
- Data Entry in SAP system and minimize Backlog.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 01 year with Masters & 02years with Graduation with relevant experience.
- SAP SD Module knowledge is preferable.
- Manufacturing industry exposure
