Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. The role is primarily responsible assisting the Line Manager for all matters pertaining to recruitment & HR services
  2. Screening & shortlisting cv's as per the job post
  3. Coordinating for interviews & assessments
  4. Preparing and updating database
  5. Joining preparations & documentations for personal files
  6. Assisting in day to day operations etc.

Requirements & Skills

Experience: 1 - 2 years

Skills: Excellent excel and communication skills Persistence to take follow-ups

Education: Bachelors Equivalent preferably HR/ Business Administration
