Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Screening candidates through telephonic interview.
- Schedule candidates for the interview by aligning with departments
- Collect educational documents & professional certificates for personnel files.
- Prepare Joining forms and Orientation Kit for new coming employees .
- Maintain personnel's File of existing/ new employees
- Maintain CV Data Bank.
- Maintain Human Resource Data Base of candidates ( Shortlisted/Hold/ Rejected)
- Job posting on social media platforms.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong communication verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi task and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong command over MS Word, Excel and Power point
