Job Description
- Data entry of company outlets and maintain and update the data
- Assist senior HR person or HR Manager in recruitment
- Assist senior HR Person in maintain the personal files of all department
- Complete documentation of employees
- Do Photo copy and Assis senior HR person in issuance of appointment and disciplinary of different department
- Helping HR person in gathering data for preparation of job description of their respective Department
- Assist senior HR person in providing customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
- Assist senior HR person in verification of check list of documents presence in joining report
- Distribute the performance appraisal form /leave form / circulars/ memos via email, big ant or hard copy
- Assist senior HR person follow the process of recruitment starting form hr requisition till end on orientation
- Assist senior HR in processing of terminations and take exit interview, in processing of terminations and take exit interview and schedules meetings and interviews as requested by HR Manager/management
- Assists or prepares correspondence
- Perform other duties assign by the HOD
- do secretarial and clerical work related to HR
- Schedule interview by coordinating with concern interviewer
- Help senior HR person in maintain attendance sheet / time management to submit to accounts department
Requirements & Skills
Having Good Interpersonal skills /drafting/ good verbal and written communication
/problem solving skills /Good knowledge about Ms-office
