Job Description
- Responsible for end to end hiring process, according to the business requirement
- Maintain a Data Bank of all applicants/ persons desirous of joining the company.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, interviewing and orientation program; counsel hiring managers on candidate selection etc.
- Serve as a resource for all employees to discuss all human resource related issues, counseling employees and problem solving.
- Ensure strong follow-ups with the candidate post the offer till joining.
- Responsible for documentation; pre & post joining formalities, initiate reference checks etc.
- Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management)
- Initiate employee engagement and employee recognition activities
- Provide support to the supervisor in the organizational development plans
- Lead, develop and deliver progressive training and internship programs
