HR And Recruitment Executive

IdeasUnlimited is an international call center and we are looking to hire an HR/Recruitment Executive at our new branch at Shahra-e-Faisal.

Note: You must have excellent English communication skills to be considered for this position.

Job Duties:

- Complete Recruitment Cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing)

- Implementing HR/Recruitment Policies and Processes

- Managing applicant tracking system

- Reporting to HR manager

SCHEDULE: Two shifts are available currently:

Morning 9 am to 6 pm and Evening 2 pm to 10 pm Karachi time - Mon to Friday

Pay: Overall package will have a base salary, bonus (punctuality and performance) and annual leaves (12). Salary will be decided after careful consideration of few key factors.

This is a long term opportunity for a motivated and hard working individual. We welcome fresh graduates with one year experience and we will train you well as long as you have the required skills.
