Responsibilities:

- Support recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and assist in onboarding new hires.
- Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Organize training and development programs for employees.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Address employee inquiries and assist in conflict resolution.
