We’re Hiring: HR Executive (In-House)

Location: Block 5, Gulberg (Near KKID Hospital)

Working Hours: 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Salary: 40,000 to 50,000 PKR

Position: Full-Time | On-Site

We are looking for a smart and organized HR Executive to join our team in-house.

This role is ideal for someone who understands structure, systems, and people management, and can take ownership of HR operations in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end hiring including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding

• Manage attendance, leaves, late arrivals, and maintain accurate records

• Monitor employee performance and address concerns professionally

• Communicate company policies, leave limits, and attendance policies clearly

• Support employee retention and help build a stable long-term team

• Provide complete policy and contract briefings to new hires

• Maintain and update the company expense sheet

• Ensure smooth coordination between management and team members

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and confident personality

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Advanced skills in Google Sheets including formulas, tracking systems, and reporting

• Ability to use AI tools to improve workflow, hiring processes, and reporting

• Understanding of systems, processes, and operational efficiency

• Previous HR or operations experience preferred
