Executive Washing PD

•Support Product Development (PD) and bulk production activities related to washing under senior supervision.

•Coordinate with PD, Production, and Washing teams to ensure smooth execution of washing processes.

•Monitor washing operations during bulk production to ensure adherence to approved washing parameters.

•Assist in the implementation and follow-up of approved washing recipes as per development and bulk requirements.

•Support trial washes, pilot runs, and development samples, and report observations to seniors.

•Conduct post-wash checks for shade consistency, hand feel, appearance, and dimensional stability.

•Maintain proper records of washing parameters, recipes, and approvals.

•Coordinate with relevant teams for timely execution and approvals of washed samples.

Experience : Minimum 1 year preferably in textile Industry

Skills: Knowledge of garment washing techniques (stone wash, enzyme wash pigment wash, garment dyeing, etc.).

Understanding of fabric types, finishes, and chemical interactions.

Hands-on experience with washing machinery and lab testing

Ability to analyze wash recipes and optimize for quality, cost, and efficiency.
