Job Description
•Drive workwear sales growth by managing export buyers, meeting assigned revenue, order, and margin targets.
•Develop competitive costing and pricing strategies to ensure commercial viability and profitability of workwear products.
•Must Have strong knowledge of Workwear Compliances and Standards both ISO and NFPA.
•Identify and develop new business opportunities through market analysis, buyer engagement, and competitor benchmarking.
•Maintain strong buyer relationships by leading communication, resolving issues proactively, and supporting brand positioning.
•In-depth knowledge of workwear products, fabrications and trims.
•Market analysis and business development skills, including trend analysis and competitor benchmarking
Requirements & Skills
Education: MBA Marketing / B.Sc. Textile Engineering
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in relevant field.
Skills: Strong Sales knowledge, negotiation, and buyer-handling skills, particularly in local and export workwear markets.
