Deputy Manager Product Development

Lead product development of WORKWEAR & TECHNICAL PPE including FR, welding, denim, hi-vis, industrial, and aluminized garments

Hands-on expertise with technical raw materials, including:

•FR cotton, modacrylic blends, aramids, carbon / anti-static fibers

•Coated & laminated fabrics, leather, and hybrid constructions

Develop and manage tech packs, BOMs, size specifications, and sample approvals

Coordinate closely with fabric mills, trim suppliers, and testing laboratories

Ensure compliance with international PPE standards, including:

• EN ISO 11611 / EN ISO 11612 • EN 1149 (Anti-Static)

• EN ISO 20471 (Hi-Vis) • Relevant NFPA / ASTM standards

Support cost engineering, material optimization, and performance improvement

Handle customer technical queries and development feedback professionally

Minimum 6-10 years of experience in relevant field.

Strong buyer handling and negotiation skills in local and export workwear markets
