Deputy Manager Dyeing

Job Description:

Samad Apparel, a leader in the Apparel & Fashion industry since 1948, is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager Dyeing to join our team in Lahore. We specialize in innovative textile products and require a candidate who can contribute to our mission of excellence in manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

Lead Dyeing Operations:

• Initiate and support new developments in R&D and PD.
• Plan daily dyeing activities, ensure accurate machine loading, recipe execution, and achieve Right-First-Time (RFT) results with consistent shade matching.
• Contribute to GWP floor operations during low dyeing volumes to ensure smooth workflow and departmental support

Quality & Troubleshooting:

• Monitor batch performance, resolve shade variations and dyeing defects, and conduct RCA/CAPA to maintain high-quality output.
• •Process Optimization: Implement lean practices, Kaizen, and process standardization to reduce rework, chemical usage, and operational costs

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure adherence to RSL/MRSL/ZDHC standards, maintain SOPs and production records, and enforce proper chemical handling and PPE usage

Continuous Improvement:

• Support R&D/PD developments, evaluate new products, maintain updated recipes, and assist in additional tasks when production is below target.
