Job Description

  • Teach variety of Front Office Management courses with differing modes of instruction, lecture, demonstration and practical applications of course materials.
  • Conducts training programs to implement best practices for front office student.
  • Maintains an appropriate professional appearance.
  • Implement new procedures and best practices in the class.
  • Assist in Student’s Placement in different Hotels and Restaurants.
  • Host & participate in training and education events.
  • Perform front office audits as assigned and report findings to Campus Head
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
