Role Description — Verification:
We are hiring a Verification Specialist for our Rawalpindi office. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on verifying customer information post-sale, ensuring compliance with campaign guidelines, and maintaining data accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in call verification or a similar outbound role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound verification calls to confirm customer details
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of verified information
- Maintain detailed records in accordance with company policies
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Follow scripts and compliance protocols as per client requirements
- Collaborate with sales and quality assurance teams
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in outbound verification, telesales, or a BPO environment
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of compliance standards in sales or insurance processes is a plus
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
