MESAAK EDUCATION is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Lahore. As a nonprofit organization focused on transforming education for underprivileged communities, we are looking for a dedicated individual to manage our HR functions. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance within our accounting department.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for accounting roles.
- Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle performance appraisal and employee relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to support organizational goals.

Requirements & Skills

- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the accounting industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
