Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing holidays and tours for clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the booking process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Stay updated on tourism trends and travel regulations.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and travel booking software.
- Knowledge of travel documentation and industry regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or related field. Minimum 2 years experience in travel and hospitality industry is required.
