METAFLUX MEDIA LLC is a growing IT company with operations in the U.S. and Pakistan, specializing in social media marketing, e-commerce, tech solutions, websites, AdSense projects, and digital strategy. We're scaling fast and we need a talented, people-driven HR Manager to help us build the right team and culture to support our momentum.
We believe that our people are our greatest asset and now, we’re looking for someone who can take charge of the HR function and help shape the future of our company.

What You'll Be Doing:
Lead all core HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, offboarding
Build hiring pipelines and coordinate interviews for multiple digital departments
Maintain compliance with local employment laws and company policies
Support team development, engagement, and performance initiatives
Handle administrative HR work like contracts, attendance, and reporting
Act as a bridge between management and employees with trust and transparency

- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
