HR Specialist, Delivery Drivers Recruitment 2

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Specialist (Female) with hands-on experience in hiring delivery personnel—specifically cyclists, motorcycle riders, and car delivery drivers. You will play a key role in ensuring our delivery operations are fully staffed with reliable and well-vetted drivers.

Note: Candidate should be eligible or have decision to migrate for joining UAE Team after completing successful probation period of 6 months.

• Develop and execute recruitment plans for high-volume hiring of delivery drivers (cycle, bike, and car).
• Post vacancies across job portals, social media, and local networks.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on license type, delivery experience, and location.
• Coordinate road tests, orientation, and onboarding procedures.
• Ensure all documents (licenses, visas, IDs) are valid and comply with local legal requirements.
• Maintain a candidate database categorized by vehicle type and location.
• Collaborate with operations teams to understand staffing needs and delivery coverage areas.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously optimize the hiring funnel.
