Job Description
- Conduct in-depth research on HR best practices, labor laws and industry trends to inform policy development.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and clarity.
- Support the execution of various HR initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management and training programs.
- Use Microsoft Excel to analyze HR data, generate reports and provide insights for informed decision-making.
- Explore and implement AI-powered tools to improve HR process efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and communication materials related to HR functions.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as required.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong analytical and research skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially for data handling and reporting.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their use in HR functions.
