Job Description

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and clarity.
  • Support the execution of various HR initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management and training programs.
  • Use Microsoft Excel to analyze HR data, generate reports and provide insights for informed decision-making.
  • Explore and implement AI-powered tools to improve HR process efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and communication materials related to HR functions.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as required.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
