We are currently seeking an On Rotation Team Lead Operations for International Projects to join our dynamic team. If you have at least 1 year of experience and are passionate about the consumer services industry, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team focused on international project operations.
- Ensure the team meets performance targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement operational processes.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and promote growth.
- Address any operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Requirements & Skills
- 1 year experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.
