Job Description

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Coordinate orientation session and onboarding process for new hires.
  • Support in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
  • Assist in organization training and development.
  • Address employees queries regarding HR policies.
  • Prepare HR reports such as attendance, turnover and other anlystics.
  • Assist in payroll processing and leave management.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bechalor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in HR.
  • Strong understanding of HR Practices, labor law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
  • 1PM-10PM (Monday to Friday) - Johar Town, Lahore
