Job Description
- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Coordinate orientation session and onboarding process for new hires.
- Support in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Assist in organization training and development.
- Address employees queries regarding HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports such as attendance, turnover and other anlystics.
- Assist in payroll processing and leave management.
Requirements & Skills
- Bechalor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or relevant field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in HR.
- Strong understanding of HR Practices, labor law and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
- 1PM-10PM (Monday to Friday) - Johar Town, Lahore
