Key Requirements:

Proven HR experience & knowledge of labor laws.
Strong communication & conflict-resolution skills.
Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring the right candidates.

Employee Relations: Conflict resolution, mediation, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Compensation & Benefits: Understanding payroll, bonuses, health plans, and retirement programs.

HR Compliance & Labor Laws: Knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEOC, etc.).

Performance Management: Conducting appraisals, feedback sessions, and PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans).

HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making: Using HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and interpreting metrics like turnover rates.

Training & Development: Designing L&D programs to upskill employees.

Workforce Planning: Forecasting hiring needs and succession planning.
