HR - Generalist 5

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with at least 5 years in the field.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and performance management.

- Maintain employee records and handle payroll processes.

- Address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.

- Proven experience in HR generalist functions, preferably in the Technology industry.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Competency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience in running & managing team member with maximum productivity.
