Estimator / Architect ( BOQ-USA Based )

Quantized Solutions is a forward-thinking BPO service provider based in Lahore, specializing in business development and support services for international clients. We are currently seeking a Night Estimator / Architect (BOQ-USA based) with 1 year of experience in the Transportation/Trucking/Railroad industry to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for transportation and railroad projects.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and documents to estimate project costs.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information.
- Monitor project budgets and provide ongoing forecasts.
- Ensure all estimates comply with industry standards and company policies.
- Participate in project meetings and assist in decision-making processes.

• Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for all aspects of the project.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other project-related expenses.
• Develop and maintain cost databases.
• Analyze project costs and identify potential cost savings.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and present cost proposals to clients.
• Monitor project costs throughout the construction process.

- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with transportation, trucking, and railroad industry practices.
- BOQ ( Bill of Quantities)
