Key Responsibilities:

Technical Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering and technical roles, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

HR Operations: Oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HRIS management.

Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.

Training & Development: Coordinate training programs to ensure continuous professional development of the workforce.

Policy Implementation: Ensure that HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and are in compliance with local labor laws.

Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports as required.
