Human Resource Executive / HR Recruiter

SMS COMMUNICATIONS PVT Ltd is a company with multiple projects, one is Online Quran Tutors, and thus it is fast-growing progress enabling us to expand our team.

We are seeking an experienced HR recruiter with strong communication skills, and very good spoken English to deal with new hiring candidates, clients, and Remote Staff members. Also, should have a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates. The individual will collaborate closely with the HR Manager to understand staffing needs and contribute through effective talent acquisition.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in Call center industry or relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
