RECH INTERNATIONAL is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR management experience in the medical devices industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
- Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement
