HR Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Tracking and Security Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and data. This includes tracking employee movements, monitoring security systems, and implementing measures to prevent potential threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track employee movements and locations using various tools and systems
• Monitor security cameras and alarms to identify potential security breaches
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed
• Provide training and awareness programs for employees on security best practices
• Maintain accurate records and reports on security incidents and investigations
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to security and data privacy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Security, or a related field
• Proven experience in security management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of security principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
• Proficiency in security software and systems

Nice to Have:

• Certification in security management (e.g. CPP, CISSP)
• Experience in HR management or administration
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA)
