Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and source candidates through various recruiting channels to build a pool of qualified candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with the Leads and Head of Department (HOD), ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Conduct initial phone screening and in-person interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the job requirements.

Extend job offers to selected candidates and facilitate the negotiation process when necessary.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless on-boarding for new hires.

Communicate effectively with new joiners, handling documentation, and providing contracts and necessary materials for a successful on-boarding experience.

Maintain a comprehensive database for interview scheduling and consistently update employee records on HRMS.

Develop and execute innovative employer branding strategies aligned with our overall business objectives and values.

Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, company website, job boards, and recruitment materials to showcase our employer brand and employee value proposition.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by crafting compelling messaging and content that accurately reflects our company culture and values.

Plan and coordinate employer branding events and activities.

Requirements & Skills

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer or Internships in a similar role

Familiarity with various recruitment channels and sourcing strategies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong interviewing and assessment skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative branding concepts

Passion for Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement
