Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Research Intern to join our team. This internship provides practical experience in recruitment and talent sourcing research. You will work closely with our recruitment team, gaining insights into various aspects of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through online channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct research to identify potential candidates for specific roles.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop sourcing strategies.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications to determine suitability for open positions.
  • Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
  • Support in scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate assessments.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on relevant platforms.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment process as needed.

Duration:

This internship is for 8 Weeks with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Requirements & Skills

  • Recent graduates preferred
  • Preferably with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software/tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn about recruitment processes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
