Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategize and contribute to long-term marketing plans.
- Develop and shape a brand's voice and identity through compelling online marketing campaigns.
- Produce captivating marketing videos for social media, using deep fake AI technology.
- Maintain digital media archives including photos and videos.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers
- Liaise with the internal management team to create and promote engaging blogs, advertisements, and social media content.
- Identify new demographics or regions for targeted marketing initiatives.
- Using Google Analytics to conduct performance reports regularly.
- Proficient in SEO to enhance internet search rankings.
- Leading keyword research and optimization of content.
- Ensure that all communications and marketing material align with brand standards
- Manage the production of marketing communications and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines
- Monitor key performance indicators to track the success of marketing campaigns.
- Report results of marketing campaigns to management teams.
- Updating and maintaining the WordPress website regularly.
- Diagnose and resolve ongoing IT problems.
- Help employees with basic computer needs, such as setting up new users and managing backup, security, and passwords.
- Carry out routine maintenance and configure IT solutions, including implementing new software programs.
- Hands-on experience in installing IT hardware and software.
- Flexibility and adaptability to perform other duties as and when requested by the Senior Management
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelors in Marketing, Graphic designing or related field
- Proven WordPress website management experience
- Proven record of excellent designing and marketing skills demonstrated in a professional portfolio
- Proven SEO and SMM experience
- 1-2 years prior experience in a digital marketing role
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Good knowledge of backlink analysis
- Good organization, planning, and creativity
- Understand and Implement the best marketing practices for branding and promotions on the major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc
- Strong communicator who works well independently and with a team
- Superior time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of applications (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and WordPress) is important.
