Job Description
- Maintaining employee records,
- Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation
- Maintains Time management.
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, and days off.
- Assist in payroll management, preparation, and payment.
- Prepare, manage, and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in recruitment by posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes.
- Create reports for senior management.
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
Requirements & Skills
- Degree in HR from a reputable institution.
- Good understanding of local labor laws.
- Good in MS Office
- Good communication skills
- Experience 1-3 years in a similar role

Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
