Job Description

  • Maintaining employee records,
  • Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation
  • Maintains Time management.
  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, and days off.
  • Assist in payroll management, preparation, and payment.
  • Prepare, manage, and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in recruitment by posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes.
  • Create reports for senior management.
  • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.

Requirements & Skills

  • Degree in HR from a reputable institution.
  • Good understanding of local labor laws.
  • Good in MS Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience 1-3 years in a similar role

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
